With this program, I learned to take better care of myself and how important it is to participant in physical activity, which I’ve never done before. For instance, in order to lose one pound a week, I need to lose 3,500 calories.  One pound is equal to 3,500 calories. I learned how important it is to write down everything I eat. This is a great program!
